Brewing Jasmine Tea
When brewing jasmine tea, the first step is to ensure that the water you are using is at the appropriate temperature. If you have a variety which uses white tea as a base, your water should be well below boiling temperature, generally around 160 degrees Fahrenheit. If your tea uses a green tea base, you can generally use water around 160-180 degrees. Play around a bit to discover which temperature produces the best taste, and check out our brewing temperature chart for more information.
