Rehmannia tea or Rehmannia root tea is made from the root of Rehmannia glutinosa.
Rehmannia glutinosa is a perennial herb. It is called Di Huang in Chinese, because its underground root is yellowish-white. Di means “ground” and Huang means “yellow”.
